From my workout

 I LOVE hiking as a workout. And this view in particular makes me eager to get out and power hike through the woods.
But my all-time favorite workout is to climb stairs. I know, I know. "That's weird" you probably say. But I just love it. Here's the only stairs I could find - that's relatively close by. There's more up the hill to the left, and they're pretty steep. I enjoy going all the way down.. run up the stairs as fast as I can, and then taking my time going back down. I do this as many times as possible... building my reps with each time. With my first try I could only go twice. I was so out of shape. I thought it was going to cause my chest to explode! But now, just 2 weeks later, I'm up to 10. Not bad!
