Happy birthday to the bday triplets!!

October 12th is an especially special day at our house. Our daughter, youngest son and nephew all share the same birthday. This year Chrissy turns 29, Deakin 11 and Silas 10.

Chrissy is an ER nurse and had to work at the local hospital... but that didn't stop the boys from celebrating their big day without her. lol!

Their gift?? A RIDE IN A HELICOPTER!

 My (ahem) baby brother went up with Deakin. Although my little bro was sweating bullets, he braved his way to the chopper ended up LOVING the trip. Deakin, of course, was all for it and was happy from the moment I told him the game plan until... well... he's probably still smiling. 

Silas and I then took a turn and this was our view....

 No doors!!! And just a shared seatbelt!

 It was a birthday to remember!!

All in all, it was a wonderful day. Can't believe my little boy is double digits now! Where did the time go?
