 Si and I eating at Casa Lopez, shopping, and waiting at The Donkey for the reporter to interview me for the Athens News. Needless to say, we had a great day together.

 I bought the youngest granddarlings weapons. Hard ones. yep.

Today Silas got to meet a hometown hero - Jim Cotter - who has made national news with his goal pf painting our little town - one house, one building, on bridge at a time. Mr Cotter has made a HUGE impact on our lives and Silas was thrilled to have met him AND helped him to paint one of the abandoned storefronts.

School is back in session here on the hill

Silas going to the Grand Theft Auto 5 midnight sale...

he paid for the collector's edition set himself with lawn mowing money. He met Michael there, and loved dressing up. The manager wanted his photo taken with him.. cause Si is cool like that.

Labor Day at the Cousin's Pool!

 It was wonderful! I had all my grandkids, my nephew and my youngest son - and my daughter - all with me. It was a great time seeing everyone too!

And these funky clouds rolled in! Kinda looked like a bunch of butts to me.
